Ilan, Guy and Sarah have each lived extensively in the Middle East, and have developed discerning tastes for complex, full–bodied foods, teas, and spices. We source the best quality ingredients, to create unique and unforgettable spice and tea blends for you to enjoy at home. All our products are prepared by hand in small batches to ensure we are known for quality and freshness.

Products available for purchase at the Thirsty Camel:
Persian Spice – A full–bodied spice perfect for rice, chicken, and casseroles. Available in a 90g sampler tin or in a 454g (1lb) bag.
Moroccan Grill Blend – Zesty and piquant to enliven your favourite grilled dishes.
Oasis Tea – A full but gentle herbal tea, caffeine free with touches of citrus and star anise.
